Every builder speaks of vision. Fewer speak of Tuesday mornings — the maintenance schedule kept without being chased, the query answered before it becomes a complaint, the file in order before anyone asks. I look after that side of this house. It is less photographed than the towers. It is where the towers earn their reputation.
Governance, to me, is the discipline of being answerable — to the family who bought a home from us, to the enterprise signing a ten-year lease, to the investor whose trust travels with our name. My work is to make sure that when TANNY gives its word, there is a system underneath it.
"More than a thousand families have dealt with us at the most important moments of their lives. The way we answered them then is the way we answer a global enterprise now. The scale changes. The courtesy, the clarity, and the accountability do not."
To everyone who deals with TANNY — walk in expecting to be answered. That is the standard I keep.
