For more than a decade, the TANNY name has stood on buildings across Coimbatore — homes to hundreds of families, workplaces to the city's enterprises. We have never announced ourselves loudly. In this city, a name is built the other way: quietly, over decades, by keeping one's word on every square foot that carries it.
The standards of this house were set early and have not moved. We answer for what we build long after handover — our own headquarters operates from a building we delivered; we work inside our own word. It is why TANNY develops, leases, and operates its assets to this day: the name on the building stays on the building.
Look closely at our mark and you will see what I mean. Two strokes, rising to meet at a point. To a family, that is the oldest symbol of shelter there is — a roof. To a city, it is a summit. A roof, a summit, one line between them — and the TANNY mark is that line, read twice. We did not draw it as an origin and a destination. We drew it because this house has always carried both at once: the duty of shelter and the ambition of the skyline, in the same stroke, under the same name.
