Seyon Trust

The city that carries our name deserves more than our buildings.

Seyon Trust is the TANNY group's commitment to Coimbatore beyond real estate — road safety, public infrastructure, rural development, and education, funded and reported plainly.

How we give

Quietly, locally, and on the record.

The house's rule for building applies to giving: evidence over adjectives. We do not run campaigns about our contributions — we make them, document them with the district administration, and list them here so anyone can see where the money went.

Our commitments stay close to home, in the district that built this group: safer roads, public sports infrastructure, cleaner villages, greener corridors, and educations that would otherwise stall for want of a fee.

Where we focus

Four commitments, kept close to home.

shield

Road Safety

Supporting Coimbatore's road-safety initiatives — because a growing city's first infrastructure is the safety of the people moving through it.

stadium

Public Infrastructure

Contributing to civic facilities the whole city uses — public sports infrastructure among them.

eco

Rural Development & Environment

Waste-management equipment for village panchayats and green cover along the corridors we all travel.

school

Education

Direct support for students whose courses would otherwise be interrupted — paid toward fees, not publicity.

Education fund

Courses that carry on, quietly.

In 2025, the fund supported three students from the region through their degree courses — in allied health sciences, commerce, and engineering — with fees paid directly toward their institutions in Erode, Pollachi, and Sulur.

We publish the support, not the students: their names belong to their own futures, not our website.

A note on this page

Stated with discipline.

This page lists what has actually been given — dated, documented with the district administration, and stated without embellishment. It will grow as contributions are made, not before. We ask the initiatives we support for progress updates, because money given without follow-up is generosity without responsibility — and responsibility is the half of our tagline we refuse to leave to the buildings.

Building the Future. Responsibly.— the second word applies here too.
