Work at TANNY CAG Tech Park in Saravanampatti is advancing on programme. The film above was shot on site and shows the tower as it stands today — three basement levels complete below grade, the core rising, and floor plates stacking up across the fifteen-storey structure.
CAG Tech Park is a 3.75 lakh sq ft Grade-A address planned for GCC and IT occupiers: large, column-efficient floor plates, generous structured parking, and building services sized for full-shift operations rather than retro-fitted later.
